
Linda Wilson Collection
The Linda Wilson Collection was gifted to LaBudde Special Collections by Linda Wilson in January 2014. The collection relates to Wilson's affiliation with Willow Productions, a council of CrossCurrents Culture Unlimited, dedicated to bringing women musicians and entertainment to Kansas City and the region, 1980s-2010s.

The bulk of the collection is comprised of materials related to Wilson's affiliation with Willow Productions, a council of CrossCurrents Culture Unlimited. Included are artist's packets, Willow Productions' business materials, and other organizations Wilson has actively participated in. Highlights of the collection are various posters of diverse events along with photographs of noteworthy female artists recruited by Willow Productions and other alliances to perform at Kansas City area venues.

Linda Wilson has been the program host for Woman Song on KKFI 90.1 FM since 1988. She is also the Underwriting Rep at KKFI.
Since 1985 Linda Wilson has also actualized her passion for sharing women's music by her work with Willow Productions in bringing women musicians and comedians to Kansas City. She has been an active member of the board of directors of CrossCurrents Culture Unlimited for over 20 years.
Linda works as techie and stage-manager at women's festivals across the country, such as The Michigan Womyn's Festival; Iowa Women's Festival; The National Women's Music Festival and local festivals.
